The breakfast area felt cramped. Tables were too close together. i also found that soundproofing was an issue. i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms, and street noise disrupted sleep.

the management upgraded my room to a wonderful suite for my stay. the suite included a view and a nice sitting area where i found cake and champagne. the breakfast was a great experience, hakan always served delicious turkish items and tea. yunus and berk assisted with planning daytime and evening activities.

taxis had some difficulty locating the street at times.

a good stay near galata!

Our suite with a terrace seemed like a peaceful escape. the location was really ideal, right in the historical part of town. i was charmed by the presence of excellent restaurants. One was inside, and the other offered live music under the sky in the evening. yunus at the front desk and batuhan went out of their way to help (their dedication was excellent).

the area was slightly crowded, and taxis sometimes had trouble finding the street near the galata tower.

the hotel is a short walk to galata tower with easy access to many attractions (i especially appreciated the central location). it is close to public transport, allowing convenient exploration of various historical sites. the neighborhood has many local shops and cafes too.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Yunus and batuhan were particularly excellent (i found them very dedicated). they offered great recommendations and assistance with bookings. the hotel provided a thorough explanation of its history and services upon arrival.

the rooms are well-kept with beautiful decoration. a tiramisu was waiting for me upon arrival (a wonderful touch). the italian courtyard restaurant offers very tasty dishes. the hotel had a new, clean feel throughout my stay.

breakfast is served open-air under the watchful eye of hakan (the manager), who ensures everything is perfect. breakfast was delicious with many choices, and hakan was always smiling. the courtyard restaurant provides tasty meals for lunch and dinner.
